Drug development is becoming increasingly more intricate due to the complex nature of drug targets of interest. With this complexity comes the need to analyze sophisticated biological interactions such as protein complexes that regulate cellular processes or targeted protein degraders such as PROTACs.
Here we present the use of advanced injection tools available for Biacore™ SPR systems that enables convolution of advanced interaction mechanisms in protein complex formation studies.
